Time Out for women

The ladies night out continues to flourish with new members joining regularly.

"We try to keep to the second Monday of the month as far as possible and the venue is now The Mill Inn in Houghton-le-Spring. We are a friendly, hospitable group and it is a very much a ‘come if you can’ approach. Our ‘Christmas Do’ at the Hallgarth Manor is always popular each year, usually attracting quite a crowd who like to dance into the night!

Although some months are busier than others, our night out is important as it provides an opportunity for new women members of the congregation to enjoy a social evening with good food, a chance to chat and meet new people."
